We then coordinate property clean-out, securing, and vendor management, and finish with full sale preparation including deep cleaning, repairs, and a final inspection prior to listing.
How do you handle the property contents?
We catalog and document all personal property and household contents including photographic documentation. We coordinate sorting of items for heirs, donation, sale, or disposal and arrange hauling and removal of unwanted items in accordance with the executor's instructions.
Do you work directly with probate attorneys?
Yes. We coordinate directly with probate attorneys and legal representatives throughout the process, providing progress updates, documentation, and budget tracking for approved services. We ensure all activities align with court requirements and executor priorities.
How do you prepare the property for sale?
We coordinate deep cleaning, staging preparation, repairs, and cosmetic improvements. We conduct a final property inspection prior to listing and provide condition reports and documentation for the executor or real estate agent to support a successful sale.
